Critical recurring data operations stabilized through ownership, observability and reusable delivery patterns.
Head of Data Platform and Principal Architect for environments where performance, governance and operational pressure coexist.
I design and lead data platforms that have to remain reliable under real constraints: industrial complexity, executive scrutiny, cost discipline and engineering speed.
Open to Head of Platform and Principal Architect roles where data platforms, governance and operating models are central to business performance.
I bring a combination that is still relatively uncommon: deep platform architecture, operational credibility and the ability to frame technical decisions in business terms.
My work is to turn fragmented systems, competing constraints and high expectations into operating platforms that are governed, scalable and usable. That includes architecture direction, delivery alignment, metadata and policy strategy, and cloud economics.
I am most effective in organizations that need both technical depth and structural clarity: places where systems matter, trade-offs are real, and fragile platform decisions become business problems very quickly. My current scope spans two industrial sites, Viry-Chatillon and Dieppe, with stakeholders across operations, design office, accounting and finance, procurement and information systems.

8-person professional services engagement coordinated with FinOps discipline, procurement alignment and performance trade-offs.
Define the shape of hybrid data platforms, integration boundaries and long-term architectural direction.
Set standards for security, metadata, policy and delivery discipline so systems remain scalable and auditable.
Bridge leadership priorities, technical boards and engineering execution across an 8-person team, multiple functions and two industrial sites.
Arbitrate performance, capacity and spend with operating models that are sustainable beyond one-off technical wins.

Professional services scope
At Alpine Racing, I lead the design and evolution of the data platform that connects on-premise operational systems with Azure-based services supporting Formula 1 and endurance programs.
The mandate is broader than infrastructure. It includes architectural governance, modernization priorities, cloud cost structure, metadata strategy and the practical operating model required to turn platform capability into usable business and engineering outcomes across Viry-Chatillon and Dieppe.
I coordinate an 8-person delivery scope and a €480k professional services engagement, working with operations, design office, accounting and finance, procurement and information systems stakeholders.
The core challenge is disciplined complexity management: preserving speed for engineering teams while introducing the controls expected from enterprise-grade systems.

ENERGY / REGOPS
Project focused on translating the EDF OA Smart OA curtailment framework into a clearer operating layer for solar asset owners facing site curtailment or limitation workflows.
The value is not only API connectivity, but structuring the surrounding process: event capture, rule interpretation, operator actions, auditability and downstream billing implications.
OPEN FRAMEWORK
Pitgun is a self-directed platform initiative used to explore how simulation, telemetry and governed processing can evolve into reusable infrastructure rather than isolated applications.
It is a concrete expression of how I think about architecture: turning live workloads, data contracts and runtime systems into one coherent operating model.
